Haha it was really hard for me to decide which one I'll be but I settled for the Personal Assistant instead, so I'll be able to be with them forever ♥ XD

Definitely staff crew on my end! ^-^ The reason for that is that PAs and managers might get closer to them - but in any of these jobs you also have to deal with a whole variety of people who're not Arashi, and a lot of the people (like photographers, directors, higher-up managers, etc) that PAs and managers deal with, might have rather difficult personalities... But as a staff member of Arashi no Shukudai-kun, you'd not only have the opportunity to work with Arashi (and make them do such spectacular things as trying to reach Tokyo Bay on a variety of failing boats ;P), but you could also work with Hino-chan and the rest of the AnS crew, who, from all that we've seen of them over the eight years they've worked with Arashi, seem like the most awesome people to work with EVER. XD
And hey, you could laugh out loud at Arashi failing while they're in the same room and no one would scold you for it! XDD

LOL at the last part! XD but everytime the staff laughs, all i can hear is male staff's laughter. if the female staff are not allowed to laugh out, i think i'll die laughing silently in the studio.

You're right, mostly it's the guys we can here - but I think that might possibly have something to do with the fact that the male-to-female ratio on AnS is pretty high and that the ones nearest to the microphones (the camera men, mostly) are all guys. ^-^ I remember seeing one of the female staff laugh on DnA, so I'm sure they're allowed to - luckily, because yes, otherwise I'm sure I probably would die of silent laughter in the studio as well! XD
