CÓMO CONOCÍ HARRY POTTER
Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone by J. K. Rowling
Thanks toTHIS.
This is what brought Harry Potter to me: Vernon Dursley.
I was thirteen and my friend-almost-sister Maria lent me a book called Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. IT REALLY BUGGED ME that I was reading a book called “Harry Potter” and that the very first chapter was about this random man called Vernon with his stupid moustache and his stupid drill company. And I was like “WHO THE F* I THIS GUY? AND WHERE IS THIS HARRY POTTER FROM THE COVER? The book it’s supposed to be about HIM!!!”. I was so bothered I had to keep reading to find out.
Yes, dumb, I know. But that’s how I got to know Hogwarts and had six more books filled with wands, magic and unicorns.
So, he was a cruel, stupid, disgusting, abusive uncle and the worst father figure an orphan child could have, but thank you, Mr. Dursley.
For given me magic.
P.S: I have absolutely no idea why I wote this entry in english. I just did. But please, any suggestions about my grammar/spelling/whatever, specially if I made a mistake, will be wellcome. Thanks! :)
