You can tell your children about the time you went fishing and caught a shoe, then promptly spilled your beer upon it.

While things do seem less fun and exciting as we age (life for some people, EQ for us nerds), I feel a lot of it has to do with being afraid to explore new things. I suppose that's when they say we grow old, when we're so attached to the nostalgia and security of the past that we fail to continue growing as people. Then again I somehow doubt discovering the exciting world of herbology as an elderly man will stack up to finding out who you are and where you belong in this world. Two sides to every coin, eh? (or: a convenient axiom to keep from taking sides)

p.s. I've been staying at my girlfriend's house for the past ten days and somehow I feel her father doesn't appreciate it. Her mum loves me though, so I get to keep eating their food.

Speaking of EQ getting less fun and exciting...

1. They took away hell levels completely.
2. All DOTs stack now regardless if they are in the same line (druids are uber kiters now that they can stack all of their stinging swarm-like spells at once ( ... )
