When: Shortly before Standby Ready.
Where: The hospital.
Who: Hayate, Signum, and anyone who decides to visit.
What: Hayate gets visitors! But what happens when they recognize her guardians as their enemies?
If Hayate was hurting, she certainly didn't show it. While very obviously tired, nurses coming to check in on a regular basis, she stayed as optimistic as possible, despite the dampened mood of her Wolkenritter. While Shamal insisted upon fussing over her every chance she got, Signum and Vita took turns watching over her, sneaking off while she slept. Tests running inconclusive and no one quite knowing what caused this sudden spell, she was in for observation, her body weak; there would be no going home for her anytime soon.
Graciously reading one of the books Shamal had retrieved from home for her, her body seemed rather calm for the first time all day, and the summer's breeze filtering in felt nice. For once, she sat in the room by herself, Vita and Signum off sleeping--she sent them both to rest--and Shamal running a few errands on her own. The room was relatively bare, and save for a jacket of hers draped over one of the chairs across from her bed, her hospital room stayed untouched.
