You can't just charge straight into the biggest group of enemies! You create openings in your defense the size of Signum's breasts a whale, and they have to be idiots not to use that.

... Well, I mean yeah I do need to work on my defense, but there's only so much I can do from a distance. And if I charge at the biggest group of enemies, I'll be drawing fire from the biggest group away from you and the others!

There is some truth in your words, but...

I know you can't attack from a distance, and that's not your role in the squad too. But you have to think about defense when you attack, and not just rush recklessly hoping that I manage to take down everything that tries to fight back.
Prepare a barrier or something.
