Well I did not make myself clear again. My previous post was about two different issues. Ric is alreay in a new relationship, so the right thing always works out. I was sad, but I am doing okay now, but thank you all for your well wish and support. xo

My level of sexual activity over the last few years has fallen so low that I have not even bothered with the yearly HIV test. In truth over the last 10 years I have been more bedeviled by my cholesterol numbers. Reason: the emotional hangover from guys who just want to hook-up.

I don't think this would bother me so much if I had this awesome circle of friends. I don't.

When I was single and dating I used to get SO pissed about this. No courtship is needed if all you wanna do is pop a nut, seriously. There is nothing bitter about that. I think it's more of a waste of time to go through all of that for half an hour of sweaty sex. It saves time, effort and heartache if they would just say "I am only looking for a hook up" and save everyone the trouble
