Happy birthday. Seventeen is not as important, because it does not signify that you can do anything. When you are sixteen you can drive and have sex. When you are eighteen you can Smoke and gamble and vote. When you are twenty one you can go to bars. Seventeen and twenty just do not have as much going for them.
