AAAAAAAACK! I'm soooooo darn tired right now. Why, you may ask? But lookin' at the subject line... I'm sure you realize that a visit was paid to the City of Sin, Las Vegas. I guess 15 hours of sleep since Thursday kinda wears a person out. (Note: I wish I didn't need sleep, but I'm just barely functioning right now... only IM keeps me mildly ( Read more... )

Hey thanks Bliss! I appreciate you stoppin' by and pokin' around a bit. I really like that fade out effect on your page... that's pretty cool. You'll have to teach me about it sometime. :D Take it easy now.

Just curious, what age range is your other sister in? So many people are getting married, it's crazy. Also, how do you know if someone is the one. Do most initially have to date for a while like a year or so, and figure things out? Also, what will a guy do or say if he thinks you're the one or taking you long-term at least. Will he try to spend every free time with you?

Those are some excellent questions Caitlin... my other sister is 31 and the older one is 32. Yes, they both decided to get married at a later age than some women, but they're both quite happy with their decisions. As for your question regarding knowing someone is "the one." That is something we must all answer for ourselves. I think it really depends on how you feel, how well you know yourself, a number of factors. Some people are true romantics and believe in love at first sight, while others take a good deal longer (months, years, etc.). The real answer comes from your own heart... if you have any doubts, I suggest you look into them more closely. The key is, even if the person is not perfect on paper, maybe their quirks and idiosyncrasies work well with you own and make you the perfect couple. Trust your heart, explore your own self-doubt, and take a gamble... love is a calculated gamble in many ways... but if you don't risk anything, you don't stand to gain anything either. Live and learn, that's what I say.

Hey there Miss Trinh,
I don't live in Vegas... but I've been there a few times. Before this past month, I haven't been back to Vegas since New Year of 2001. Thanks for the welcome, I appreciate it. :D
