Countdown to Vegas...

As for my sister's wedding on Saturday, it ran pretty smoothly for the most part. My sister requested that my brother and I sing during the ceremony. I was hesitant at first, but finally gave in since my sister implored us to sing for her on her wedding day... how could a guy refuse? A little background... my brother and I used to sing in choir ( Read more... )

No, no, no... I won't have a Vegas wedding... just a Vegas bachelor party. ;D For a wedding, I wouldn't mind a smaller wedding with family, close friends, and maybe Hawaii? Regardless, I would just want everyone to have a good time and celebrate with me and my new wife...whomever that may be. :P

yep, a small wedding with close friends and family on an island or a beach, that's how i dreamed of my wedding to be! i used to want a big wedding with everyone there, but then i thought "what's the point of strangers being at your wedding?" that doesn't make it special. plus, that just means more food and dishes to order, along with chairs, napkins, and probably more stress on ya. i dunno.

well whoever you choose to be the bride on your special day, i'm sure she will be one heck of a lucky gal. =D *cheers to stevie wonder*

p.s. i have my dentist appt. at 2pm. i hope i won't be in any pain.

screeching like a chalkboard, huh? =) i'm a singer too and i used to sing for weddings regularly... trust me, i had my share of terrible musical moments! but it always sounds worse in your own head than it does to the audience.

Um... screeching like a chalkboard is to put it mildly. It was bad... really bad. I used to sing in an a capella choir in high school and four years of college. That performance at my sister's wedding was by FAR, the WORST. But thanks for trying to make me feel better...hehe. :P

Haha... at least my sister enjoyed it. She thought it was cute. After the ceremony, some people talked to my brother and I and told us that it gave the wedding a personal touch. :P
