That was SO cool... I love 'sentient Pearl' fics. I am going to go see DMC again in a couple of days (gotta love 1$ theaters), and I'm gonna watch this scene with a whole new look. :)

Awesome. I live in Orlando, and Downtown Disney and Universal Citywalk are still playing it once or twice a day. They probably will until a month or two before the DVD comes out.

Pearl was a second draft addition. She wasn't there in the first draft. God, I'm glad Fiona and Nat gave me the idea. It works a ton better than the original draft.

This is why some of us have ... er, *suppliers*, who know how to find copies online.

*shifty-eyded* Me? Why, no. I don't know any such person. How dare you imply I have a downloaded copy of DMC anywhere on this machine!

Jack really didn't have much of a choice but to send Will over, did he? Will shows up out of nowhere demanding that compass, and Jack already has his problems ... a decision has to be made. Doesn't mean it's the right one, but at least it's one that isn't chaining someone to the mast to be killed two minutes hence. Good explanation of the whys and hows behind Jack's apparent "nonchalant" decision regarding Will.
