Sports Authority, EMS, running or bike or climbing or other outdoor sports type shops for the Gu. the advantage is that they let you eat at times when you don't really have the energy to chew, let alone digest... maltodextrin is pretty much the ideal carbohydrate for long endurance stuff, certainly better than the simple sugars in Gatorade. of course you also need some stuff that fills your stomach, you can't eat JUST Gu.

"nuun" tabs are a little harder to come by, I think Lisa always orders them from the Interwebs. lots of hits on the google.
