Oi, you're from PEI! Maybe there's a snowball's chance you'd know this... On the Perimeter Arterial Road in Charlottetown, are there signs up for both the TCH and route 2? I ask `cuz of this project I'm helping out with...
I'll check next time I'm on it. I don't remember seeing many signs on it at all, but it's hard to say, right; because I just intuitively know the roads around here and how to get to where I'm going. So, I don't even pay attention to them.
At first I was confused, actually, because route 1 (TCH) doesn't even intersect with the bypass (perimeter arterial road); it goes straight into downtown on University Ave until it ends, then turns left onto Grafton St, which takes you straight out to Stratford and eventually Nova Scotia. But Wikipedia says that it has become the bypass, and that route 2 is also the bypass -- I am presuming that is what you want to confirm right?
(Also, I'm SURE that there is a sign at that University/Grafton intersection that says you're on route 1/TCH. I'll have to verify that, too.)
