Yoochun arrived 45 minutes early and since he had nothing better to do, he went to buy red roses at a nearby shop, thinking it’d be funny. Now he feels a lot stupid though. He’d gladly get rid of the flowers by giving them to the first pretty girl that passes by, except they were expensive. So he lets the bouquet

What a perfect first meeting. Your description of their eyes conjure up their respective faces so powerfully.

I'm definitely going to stick to the "one chapter per week" plan, unless something comes up and aliens kidnap me :P I hope you'll enjoy the (slow, long) ride!

You described Yoochun very well here... he's indeed a selfish person, distant and cold in a way, who doesn't want to get emotionally involved with other people. I'm so sorry for all the questions it raised (but I'm happy too cos I like teasing XD) - there will be answers in the next parts, but some things will remain kind of a mystery I guess? So you can interpret them as you wish :)

PS: no worries about Saudade, I really need to kick myself back into writing and finishing that one... problem is, it can go many ways from where I stopped it, and I couldn't decide on one back then, and I still cannot today *WRITER ISSUES* I'm touched you like it so much though... really, thank you!

omg you updated so quickly T_T it's honestly been so, so long since there was an author i enjoyed reading that updated on my f-list this feeling is incredible. thank you \o/

i have so many feelings about this chapter omg!!! i can sympathize with yoochun not wanting to deal with other people's problems because he has enough of his own, but then i was so happy and pleasantly surprised when he made this exception for changmin. like wow, you write character development so incredibly well. you write everything well. i feel like you should be a published author tbh

and poor changminnie :( i'm glad they have each other right now

I'm going for weekly updates~ It feels incredible on my side as well you know, to be active again after such a long time... :)))

I'm glad that the selfish/cold side of Yoochun came up well in this part, cos it's really important here - though as you say, he's making an exception for Changmin (well, who wouldn't???), and that's going to trigger so many changes in the way he's seen/lived his life so far.
