never ever agree to do training in your work place, i still appear to be up as have been working on a talk and seminar i've got to do tommorrow...never again...............

I had a really good night out last night was well worth it!!!
Spent most of the evening dancing which was fun and the company was good too but the night needs to go on longer!!!!!
now i need an idea for zombie fancy dress!!!
and a good one too please

yep i'm doing it again 'moth to flame' oh well i intend to keep looking for replacments

i don't use this often enough infact i'm using facefook too much which is a shame as i can vent proper feelings on this without the person responcible for what ever it it at the time able to see ( Read more... )
