I want to do this too, just something to teach the dudes who never learned how to cook for themselves and then cook for a date... it would also include how to shop, as that is the one skill vital to cooking that I have never seen in a cookbook, and its something every good cook knows and could teach someone...

things like when buying fish ask to smell it, if it smells fishy its not good...
