[Yukiko has just heard the talk about where they are and what is going on, and is now sat in New Bark looking a little put out. She's still holding onto her Vulpix, especially as the little fox Pokémon seems to be warm, though she also has her backpack at her feet and her Pokégear in her hands. Today was turning out to be a pretty bad day

[Well.... since they ARE travel buddies, he kind of... figured something was up as soon as he heard that instant "pow" noise one hears when they punch walls. (And since he's done that a lot he kind of knows what it sounds like...) So, quickly he pulled out his gear and instantly knew just what it was that had bothered his travel buddy

[It's Yuki....ko. And she doesn't remember again. While he and Yukiko had not been close--never had the chance to become close--she's still his friend, and Merlin doesn't know how much he should tell her. Either way, it looks like they'll have to start from scratch again.]

'fraid not. Most places have their own music--you'll notice it change when you leave the town--but you can't turn it off at all.

Some people stuff up their ears when they sleep or use the radio to drown it out.
