Why are you in Norway? What is Norway like?

Heh... It's a Doctor Who reference... In the season finale, Rose being her usual crybaby chav self is trying to track down the Doctor, and she greets him with a teary "I'm in Norway!" (he was projecting a hologram from another universe... yes...) and it was stuck in my head for some reason...

I wish I really was in Norway though. That'd be pretty neat.
