I'd go for the restaurant. Good tips. Starbucks is a pain in the ass and they only start you at $7.50, which is why I never switched over to them. Plus, being a barista is shitty because you have to deal with all the angry coffee-people.

actually you know what? you got me thinking about starbucks and i think i'll apply there too. I mean, I'm practically garunteed a hire, and my friend works at the one in the trolley center and she says that hers isnt as bad as some of the other starbucks. Cause I had a few friends who told me horror stories about other starbucks. I mean, the pay isn't that much more than what I was making at B&N, but my friend says she makes pretty good tips. And hey, shes moving out this week.

They have a hiring fair on the first....wednesday...i think... of each month. lets go together.
