mm, so i finished that summer school assignment in time -- 2hrs to go until deadline -- &even though it was 500words short i still thought it was pretty good considering i only had 2 days to write it. here's hoping that when the lecturer said "we mark based on effort!" that she wasn't bullshitting ( Read more... )

As for books, hmmmmm, I dont know. I have so many that I havent started on myself. I know mot people have, or atleast theyve seen the movie, but have you ever read the joy luck club? I re-read it recently and it always makes me sappy eyed.

I cant watch musicals, which is why I never saw sweeney todd despite alan rickman :[ Bah!

oh yeah!! see i have a shitty memory (we were talking about it yesterday, i mean geez) which is why i make many lists.

i haven't seen/read it, what's it about?

haha i just wanted to laugh everytime someone started singing. which is why i don't think musicals are for me really.

really?! well it centers around a group of old asian women who have a club where they swap stories from when they were young girls in different parts of asia, so the book has chapters that are set in that present time with them looking back at their lives and how they all met, and then skips back and tells their stories, and then it tells the stories of their duaghters, showing the different lives they live by being born in america and the people they turn out to be. Its really touching in a look at two diffeent generations of women, their culture, and their family binds.

Sweeney Todd = amazing. XD It's just so funny to see Jack Sparrow singing. Because it's so the Jack Sparrow voice.

haha yeah Johnny's got a pretty good singing voice! he was all "*SINGS ANGSTLY*" and i was like "man it was worth $12.50 to see him sing like that :D".
