[[Filtered from the M.E.]]The number of akuma in this city is only rising. If we want to even stabilize the number, we're going to need unite the forces we have somehow. With powers decreased here and the akuma being what they are, they're too difficult to overcome on one's own. If anyone with more information on them has a plan of action, I would ( Read more... )

What are these akuma everyone keeps talking about...? If they're so dangerous, why has nothing been done?

They're killing machines created by imprisoning the souls of the dead. People had been trying to do something, but so far it hasn't been enough. There are too many, and as far I know we haven't developed a sound method for defeating them.

But I thought that Exorcists fought the akuma? Are there none of them in this city...?

"Exorcists"? Sachiko mentioned them, but I don't think there are any here.

I'd love to. Do you know how to do that? You know more about akuma than the rest of us, obviously.

You need Innocence to get rid of akuma cho.

I agree that this is going to be a much tougher situation than if we all had our original abilities at full strength again. Fortunately people are beginning to unite to take this down; I'm glad that you're becoming one of them.

But I fear that fighting them off is all we can do for now, especially with what we're up against.

In our current situation, all we can do is fight them off. But at this rate the situation will only get worse. If we wait too long to act we may not even be able to do that anymore.

Has anyone found any possible means of defeating them besides what we have right now? If only there was some sort of method, like.. an item, like how there was one in the war.

According to Sachiko, their weakness is substance called "Innocence" that exists in her world. Apparently some people are searching for something similar in this world.

... I'm sor-- I'm sure he's, if he's not here already he'll definitely come back someday...

I was thinking about it and since there's more of them every day I thought maybe it's better if we do something to the Millennium Earl, since we tried to warn people but the number is still increasing a lot. Only, that person eats them and I don't want them to not have enough food...!

I...hope so.

That person also says that we should hurry to do something about the akuma. ...It would make sense to go after the Millenium Earl. But I don't know how we would fight him. At least we know a few things about the akuma - the Earl's a mystery.

I'm sorry. I was...distracted. But I'm here.

I've only just discovered the new "guests" that have taken residence since my absence. Akuma, are they? Hn. I'd be most interested in taking part in disposing of them...

I -

Yes, akuma. They're created with the souls of the dead. Your help would be...extremely welcome.
