This episode is not the final episode, so a lot of cases were not concluded...
I know that, but even then, I really can't wait!!
Tadokoro-buchou has to undergo surgery, so Kuroda-sensei came to see him...
It's really been a while! You've changed, and gained some weight, Kuroda-sensei! (lol)
But this is the limit of what he can do with his right hand... (tear)
And Tadokoro-buchou ambushed him....
"If anything happens to me, I'll leave everything to you.." (sweatdrop)
Does that mean, buchou... will pass away? (tear)
That surgery with the heart stopped for 20 minutes, there's so much tension!
But, isn't your concentration a bit lacking, Saijo-sensei!!
No matter what the people beside you say, please concentrate!!
Don't turn around to look at the time! That's a waste of time!!
Ah.. what's going to happen...
Right at this time, a passenger plane with 50 passengers crashed on route to Aomori.
The plane was broken to pieces like that, I thought there wouldn't be too many survivors.. (sweatdrop)
And Shiraishi's father was on this flight!!
This was foreshadowed earlier, "Let's see each other as much as possible while we are still able.."
Because of this, I thought, "Ah, could it be that they'll never see each other again?"
Thank goodness.. he survived.. (tear)
I couldn't help but also call out softly, "Otousan..." (lol)
"I'm sorry. It's because I'm a doctor." (A/N: this is what Shiraishi's father said when Shiraishi was angry that he was moving around even though he had been injured)
Really, I can't help but respect that!
But... I thought about it.. how many defining physical traits about my father can I name.. (A/N: This is referring to when Aizawa gave Shiraishi a form to fill out physical traits about her father, which would help them find him at the site of the accident, and Shiraishi said that she could only come up with three things)
I can't come up with three things... (tear)
In this wave of panic, Hiyama didn't seem to have recovered..
At a time like that, asking the patient's family, "Would you rather I attempt treatment, or do you want to treasure the remaining time you have together?"
How can they choose at a time like this? Don't bother asking and go save people!!
In the end Tachibana came to intubate the patient, who died...
That wife, she kept glaring at Hiyama...
Would you normally glare at the doctor in a situation like this....
But it could be because of her feelings of guilt and fear, that Hiyama interpreted it as the wife glaring at her...
Can you overcome this obstable, Hiyama? Work hard!
The rescue worker from last season's train accident appeared again, the one who was panicking beside Fujikawa!
How nostalgic, the two of them both matured so much!
Seeing them talk like this I thought, ah, something is probably going to happen to that rescue worker.. Indeed he came back with something stuck in his neck!

It's because you haven't had such obvious growth as a doctor that this time you must save him!
Near the site of the plane crash, Aizawa found a man sitting on the ground...
He said that he left his son over there...
In order to survive himself he abandoned his son, how terrible... (sweatdrop)
But in the preview, Aizawa was holding a child, so he probably ended up being okay! (A/N: wasn't that a recap of a previous episode? Someone correct me if I'm wrong... XD)
Ah, it's the last episode!
Can the four fellows successfully graduate?
What kind of direction will they choose for the future?
There are still unresolved problems, many events where I'm want to know what follows, so I'm a little concerned about the end..
But I'm really looking forward to it!
