Depends on if you want insurance and/or delivery confirmation or not. If not, it'll just be about $2 added on to the price, for a total of about $12. If you do, I'll have to check at the PO tomorrow.

About 3 inches tall, and sending it by international would probably be about an extra $1.50 US, without insurance or anything like that.

Registered Mail (like insured, but cheaper): $18
