Listening to rainfall is one of the most calming experiences. Watching thunderstorms is even better. The breeze and smell after it rains is absolutely spectacular. I can hear my neighbor's windchimes swaying around, the cars going by on the highway with the occasional police siren, and kids playing on their swingset in the rain. I miss those
