Oh, Ichigo. It seems like Renji's known you long enough to read right through your acting. XD

I really liked how accurately you captured that stale, anxious feeling of waiting; how nothing that you try to do in the interim is any good, and of the way you can worry if someone's late (hell, I know I do). I also liked how they interacted together when Renji finally arrived...the insults and teasing that somehow don't get in the way of how they're drawn to one another. Really liked this overall - thanks for posting!

Well, Renji is much older than him and has more experience. I think he'd be able to read the Berry like an open book, having a name for each kind of scowl =P.

I know that state well enough: waiting for someone to come home all day long and being unable to do a damn thing because I'm so out of focus. So yeah =P.
Their insults are just a twisted kind of foreplay~ XD
