[What's okay to mention around him/her] Anything is fair game, really, though I can't guarantee he'll react in the most positive of ways. On that note, if said reaction is outright ignoring you, I will mention it, so you don't think I'm leaving you hanging.
[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] He has purple eyes, and yes, they're natural. Also he tends to usually be cold. He has scars, and quite a few nasty ones at that - some on his neck that indicate he almost went the way of Nearly Headless Nick, and many more littering his body from the abuse - he keeps them covered at all times, so no one will know about them, but they're there if you manage to get him naked. He's especially sensitive about the removal/messing with of his scarf, though, so tread carefully there.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] I'd rather you didn't - if I give you permission, you can, but otherwise he's paranoid enough that he would probably be able to block or guard against mindreading and strikehacking.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] Go for it~
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Again, go for it, but keep in mind who you're picking a fight with. The dueling teacher won't go down so easily~
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Yep, though don't expect him to always react favorably. Your relationship with him will GREATLY effect this.
