Better enough to travel?

I seem to be recovering nicely from the surgery... my back is still quite stiff, and I'm supposed to `take it easy' for another week or so, but the previous pain (back/hip) is gone, and the incision is more stiff and sore than painful. All good signs, I'm told. I'll see the neurosurgeon again in about a week to make sure that everything checks
