It seems, after Google Cache and Wikipedia, Livejournal has been banned to users in China, too!

I'm beyond angry now. What the hell are they thinking?

I was a devoted defender for my motherland, I'm afraid not any more.

I was right in the middle of ranting about how much I love China and they cut off my portal. Eejits! That's called shooting yourself in the foot.

We should go to that veggie restaurant one day soon :)

I am in Xi'an China right now, and noticed the livejournal thing. what I do: www.anonymouse.org, click on english, then type in livejournal.com. you can use it that way. it is a little inconvienient but it works. funny that right when I come to china they do this, and livejournal is the main thing I do on the internet! :) where are you located in China? I hope to do some traveling while I'm here! what do you recommend?

I'm in Dalian, Liaoning. I'm afraid you might pick a bad time. In March the northern half of China haven't came to Spring yet, and I know nothing about the southern half. Seriously, I'm from Heilongjiang, but while it's still cold there, the snow and ice has been melt several days ago and re-froze, so it won't be pretty. Dalian is only fun in Summer and if you grew up far from the sea. Beijing is very much a recommendation any time, but I'm sure you've already been there...
