My sympathies on the paper. I thought I'd put that kind of anxiety behind me when I finished school, but now I'm organizing an event in Philadelphia's Chinatown, and I've been under the influence that same panicked "oh shit!" feeling since mid-July.
Take it easy. Go out and walk around for a bit to clear your head, maybe - that usually works for me.
