So I was at Border's last night to satisfy a craving I had for a particular author and her new release - yes, sad but true, I couldn't wait until I found a copy at Half Price - when I ran over this rather interesting piece of erm, literature on eating healthy; also known by it's title - Skinny Bitch.  Thirty minutes later found me completely

Soldier's dad got me that book on tape for my birthday....I doubt he really knows what it is about. My assessment - same as yours.

Though I will admit that my conscience is struggling with the idea of animal maltreatment in order to fulfill my personal cravings.

Ha! i do that too! Don't shop hungry has got to be my motto! :) (and yeah, the way the food industry treats meat and meat animals is heart-breaking and icky and scary....i can't even read about it, i get so upset..but i wish people would go about creating change in a better way than just beating us over the head with it)
