these past 2 days is the worst day ever!!!! i could say its been alright. but really inside not as much..ive been thinkin bout things i did...and i think it was wrong. idk if is or not but really this hit me hard. i really need to talk to someone. someone i could trust. someone that i kno who will help me. i need someone who could tell me the truth

my friend, this is what you call growing up. you're going to change for the better and for the worse when you're growing up. there's going to be times when you're really happy and times when you're really, really upset. You know ppl say i'm a half decent psycologist, dont really know where they get it from, but i'll lend a hand if you need it.

Just remeber, dont crucify yourself for stupid things you did, God knows I have regreted much of what i have done, especialy this year, but it turns out that what is done is done, no need to dwell on the past when there is no way to change it.
