Its been weeks but I am done! Sorry it took so long Alex...its been a busy month. I'm going to list auctions and do the print sale for this one next week. I have to work overtime 2 hours a day this week so I won't be getting home until around 7:30 and I don't really want to have to worry about keeping up with print orders too.

Thanks Wendy! I started sbd today but I did horrible! I did okay at work but I came home and ate 1/2 a bag of baked lays and dip. I can tell already this is going to be a stressful week...I don't know how well I'll do these next few days.

The *important* part is that you did well for most of today!! That is fantastic!! YAY!!!!!
You do get used to the rhythm of it... and your craving for "junque food" (LOL!) does actually diminish. I am able to walk thru the bakery section and not go **OH_MY_GOD** which is quite nice. (Not that I would actually buy anything - but the OMG-ness of it did a number on my tummy...!) And when you start seeing those numbers on the scale go down, it's DEFINITE incentive!! :-) Hang in there!!!
