Lambertville/New Hope

Dear readers,

Please advice..

We are going to Lambertville/New Hope on Friday night, coming back Saturday night.

Looking for
  • a nice mid-level restaurant for Friday night dinner (Italian or French). All the usual cliche attributes:  romantic, not too loud, etc..
  • pleasant cafe/restaurant to have lunch on Saturday. Doesn't have to be fancy at all..  ( Read more... )

coffee, travel, summer in the snow, d

Also, you could take a walk along the canal...it runs parallel to main street. It's very cute and a romantic walk if the weather is nice. Also, although not "high culture"- this is a really fun store: http://www.discoverourtown.com/PA/local-72044.html. Lots of holograms and other neat things. There is also a really neat Vintage store on the corner of main and bridge that you could go to and a great ice cream place across the street from it, right by the bridge to Lambertsville. If only they didnt build that silly Starbucks there! Also, there is a cool Medieval store on Main. Im not so sure about the galleries or the jazz...:)

Enjoy!!!
