I hate doctor offices like that. Last OBGYN I visited totally ignored the detailed medical history I gave him because he was busy playing solitaire or something, and then when my results came back fucked up he said "But since you don't have a history of negative tests, we'll ignore this one." I chewed him out for that one lol
