Cue rant-
I don't know if it's because I'm on my period, or if I'm tired, or if it's just one of those days, or maybe it's the fact that the guy I had a crush on has a girlfriend, but I just really want a boyfriend right now. I'm sick of people telling me to "just wait" for the right guy to come along. Or the people that just brush me off and tell

well, I can't say I'm big on the whole dating thing, and, where I am, I literally have no opportunities to get into it; but I can give you some advice from my sisters: it's better to be the one asking the guy out than it is to wait for some guy to ask you out, because, in their experience, guys that come asking you out usually turn out to be jerks in the end and it's the shyer guys that hesitate to ask you that are nice. Also, there's the whole "can't just wait forever if you want a boyfriend." :P

It's unusually cold where I am right now. I think it's the near-constant cloud-cover.
