So, two days of orientation and two days of on-floor training. Not so bad. Today was my first day on the floor, 7-3 shift, also known as the 'holy fuck!'* shift. Direct patient care was not something I was looking forward to, but it's not so bad. Actually, most of the residents are very friendly, sweet, and funny. Orientation today, it was simultaneously fun and mind-numbingly boring. Hate orientations, but at least I'm getting thorough training.
