Today is the perfect day for a drive down the Atlantic coast and back up the Indian coast to Cape of Good Hope, stopping on the way to visit little villages and get a sense for the Western Cape area outside of the city of Cape Town

Oh, man -- I am so, so sorry. Being that sick is miserable no matter where one is, but sometimes being sick far from home seems harder to me than being sick in the relative comfort of one's usual surroundings...
