Leftovers

My beloved wife has a tradition associated with Thanksgiving leftovers. She takes leftover turkey, cooked spaghetti, a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes and some cream of mushroom soup and creates something that might feature in a Garrison Keilor story about Norwegian btchelor farmers and the hotdishes they bring to Lutheran church suppers. That sounds tasty!

I do have to point (as someone from Lutheran country) that Ro-tel tomatoes would be waaaaaay too spicy to count as "bland comfort food" in North Dakota. I'm just saying. :)

I must admit to a soft spot for the traditional Thanksgiving Leftover Sandwich (turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, mayo, all on toasted bread), but your creations do sound quite tasty.
