Well, it looks like everything is working out. I should be able to pick "Chico" up on Tues or Weds. I can't believe after all the bullshit I went though, I was able to save him. I really hope I don't jinx myself, but unless the dog has a fatal disease, or he is suffering for some reason, I am pretty sure I will get to adopt him. I am so happy.
