I seem to have hurt myself playing cricket again. This time I dug my heel in hard trying not to crash into the umpire scoring the winning run off the last ball, so at least it was with good cause. I am clearly a rebel who is opposed to the curly brackets not being in their own lines.
But I did bother to find out what annotations were,which was nice.

And I'd invite you to consider a wider blogroll if there are to be many code snippets?

I do hate non-full-wide pages anyway, but this seems to be a(nother) valid reason.

The template's on offer all, annoyingly, specify the width in pixels, which I hate. It's apparently the done thing, though, these days. I will, eventually, create my own template that won't force you to scroll snippets, cos you're right, it's bloody annoying ...

I prefer the braces that way, but the important thing in my mind is that the team decides and everyone sticks with it.

It just so happens our team decided the way I prefer.

Dude, you've not been using annotations? I know Java's not your bag, but life becomes so much more pleasant when you start using them.
