Good thing about Portal 2 is that you'll get through it soon enough, the main campaign isn't that hard. Apparently through Steam they found out only half the people who bought Portal finished it. I'm told the Co-op mode is crunchier.
Blimey. When I replayed Portal a couple of weeks ago (to prevent me buying Portal 2) it only took about 3 hours. Admittedly I'd done it once, but it wasn't that hard the first time ...
Got a couple buddies swear by Champions Online. Used to play the tabletop with a bloke who could do all the weird maths in his head, which allowed the rest of us to treat it as an RPG for the brief moments we weren't in an interminable fight sequence that went on forever and ever and ever and ever ... I shiver at the memories.
As to Samuel - you should be impressed he has managed to dismantle something and then hide all your electronics.
Champions was as much a roleplaying system as Warhammer Fantasy Battle, Blood Bowl or Starfleet Battles. If you considered it a board game/war game, it was a lot more fun ...
I'm enjoying Champions online, not in the least because it's free. If you decide to give it a go, give me a shout.
