Muchas gracias. So not looking forward to it. Especially when I can neither read nor speak the language beyond a pathetically beginner level. And also especially since the just open big hoo-ha Expo has jacked up real estate prices in Shanghai again. Here's hoping we can find a flat that isn't so self destructive!
