I love this coming time of year. The Bowl Games fill me with a wondrous delight, making me wish that Div II got better coverage so I would care about it enough to want to faithfully watch all of their playoff games as well. There's only one Colt in college football because he who shall not be named is being a big wuss for our bowl game.

Texas should still crush Iowa, they suck this year.

hmm - don't really have too many differences. I don't think Navy can handle BC, simply because BC ran with a lot of good teams this year tough. Plus, while Navy's option is ca-razy, their best player is hurt. I'd give the UCLA-FSU game a push, simply because those teams are so bi-polar right now. And finally, UF is nowhere as good as people think they are. They should have lost to SC, and FSU could have beaten them. OSU's Smith is the real deal, too.

I think when I wrote this I was feeling antsy, because if I were to make this picks right now, there's no way I take Navy over BC. Oh well. I'll stick with those, though. Yeah, UCLA/FSU is a tough call, but I think that it'll be easier to motivate UCLA to beat FSU than the other way around, especially with a lame duck OC ( ... )
