Quick'n'dirty "creamed" spinach pasta

(Sun-dried tomato paste, or sun-dried tomatoes, or tomatoes, I suppose. I was finishing off a tube of paste I had bought when I moved in.)
olives
olive juice
sour cream
olive oil

If willing to create more heat than the bare minimum, toasted garlic would do nicely with shrimp.
