1-2 lbs ground beef
1 diced and caramelized onion
3-5 stalks celery
5 carrots
1-3 spoonfuls tomato paste
2 cans tomatoes

Chop the carrots and celery in the food processor, put everything in the crockpot, cook on low overnight. A bit for grated cheese is terrific.

1 lb stew chuck
1 lb bacon
doz eggs
three heads broccoli
pint salsa

Cook the chuck over night in the crockpot and shred in the morning.
Bake the bacon and chop when done/cooled.
Chop the broccoli.
Drain the salsa (you want it less watery).
Mix and portion the chuck, bacon, and broccoli. Pour the (salted and scrambled) eggs and salsa over them until almost full.
Bake at 375-400 for ~20 minutes or until they look just a little underdone.
A bit of cheese would not be amiss here.
