2 c almond meal
1 c greek yogurt
1 package of cream cheese
2 eggs
1 scoop unflavored whey
1/4 c sugar
flavoring (lemon extract)
1/2 packet powdered milk
Bake at 300 for 20/20 minutes, turning at the 20-minute mark.
(Baked in 2c pyrex, using the almond meal as the crust.)
