Nothing much has been happening lately. I have a strong desire to start working out again. However, the only time I'm able to come out AND put the baby down long enough to do anything, the roommate is downstairs with her son trying to get him to sleep. Hey, if you let us know the area you want to target (stomach, thighs, butt, shoulders, chest) we can make some suggestions. We work out a lot :)

Well, I want to target mostly my abs and my upper arms (kind of flabby). :)

Hey! Me too! Whenever I don't have band practice or write! At least twice a week! It is not that difficult! I can lose 9 kg in 2 months! No I don't have an ED! Just the right kind of food and a diet without compromise! Love and Peace - Hamon
