The mother is definitely easiest for me to pinpoint. You just have her...face and her hair. For some reason the picture of you holding the flower really helped me decide on Sango for your mother.

And the gentleness of your features and your (lovely) dark hair makes me want to say Miroku...but I'm hesitant. The father is more difficult to see. I don't see Inuyasha or Sesshomaru and I see a tiny bit of Kouga... but more I see of Houjo (your eyes and the gentleness in your features, kind of like Miroku). I see tiny bits of other characters, but I think I have to go with Houjo in the end for your father.
