My boyfriend has been looking for a job for the past year. He has gotten the exact same run-around you are describing in your first post, over, and over, and over again and again. It's just what the job situation is like now. Places are over saturated with applicants because everyone wants a job. People are losing their office jobs and college-degree-using jobs and they're all saying, well, I worked in food service in school, I worked in retail in school, I'll just go back to doing that! And suddenly it's a job everyone wants. Yeah, maybe they're discriminating because you're disabled, but if you weren't it would be something else. I'm glad you finally found something and it seems to be a pleasant environment. Minimum wage jobs seem to be spectacular at treating their employees like shit, I know that all too well.

I'm so glad you found a job that's willing to accomodate you!

:-)
