Thanks for the advice! I don't even know if I could do a mile! haha, but yes, I'm going to start out slow and work my way up. Maybe we can run together or something (once I start going--so I can keep up with you!) once school starts. We should totally enter a marathon or something...GO US! haha
i heard mixing up cardio and weight training is really good. and i guess it'll be less boring too! and i personally think mixing in yoga would be great. it feels so good just stretching around. though i don't do enough myself. and i'm like... so not flexible.
