Short answer is that I hit my stalker. She lied and I didn't and I got the book thrown at me. I ended up with 10 days work program, 120 hours community service (which I get to do at the Folsom Zoo, cool) and 3 years probation. They have altered the laws on harrassment and stalking so I was unable to press charges and the Folsom police were unable to help so I had to take matters into my own hands. This of course involves my father who is the one that tried to extort $25,000 out of me in exchange for dropping the charges against me. Gotta love family.
